The Hour of Mercy is remembered daily at 3:00 p.m. with special prayers, reflections, and the Divine Mercy Chaplet. The devotion is led by one of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy or another member of the staff of the Shrine. The Sisters also host Evenings with the Merciful Jesus on the 22nd of each month.

12/15/20 – While the Saint John Paul II National Shrine continues to remain closed to the public on a day-to-day basis, occasional in-person special events are held from time to time that are in compliance with current Washington, DC safety protocols.
